| Payment and Cancellation Policy |

Our required deposit is 50% of the rental. The deposit is due within 10 days of booking if paying by check or
3 days if paying electronically. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival for all bookings. If you cancel,
you will receive a 100% refund for cancellations up to 60 days before check-in or a 50% refund for cancellations
between 30-60 days before check-in. We accept checks (personal, travelers, cashier) and money orders. If you prefer
not to pay by check our other direct booking payment options are PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. For PayPal you have two options:
1) If you use the "send money to friends or family method" and don't use a credit card there are no fees; the
eCheck method also has no fees.
2) If you do not use a no fee option and choose a fee option (credit card/pay for services) the fees are about 3%
and you will either need to pay them directly or add them to your payment.
